Inside this ceremony, I will guide you on a sweet journey within, inviting you to connect to your unconscious mind, and embody the blossoming energy of the Earth awakening that comes with the Spring season.
Together we will witness each other and welcome whatever needs attention by being present and connected. Learn to build your capacity by rooting into your own fertile soil. Let go of what isn't supporting your growth and expansion. Call in what you want to grow in your garden this season.
While this is a perfect place to integrate psychedelic or plant medicine experience, it is not a requirement to join us. Integration is about becoming whole, and your process is welcome. We do this work as a family, in community.

-Yoga mat, pillows/cushion, and blankets to make a cozy nest for yourself

What to wear:
-Comfortable clothing you can bend and move in, layers in case you get cold or too warm
Parking:
There is limited parking behind the building off Haywood. This is also where the entrance to The Well is. Additional parking is available on the street or nearby.
About your guide:
I'm Sinclair Fleetwood, and I'm a spiritual psychedelic integration coach, plant medicine guide, ceremonialist, and host of The Psychedelic Integration Podcast. I'm a native Texan and happy Asheville transplant seeking to build community with other magical earth medicine people. I'm looking forward to holding this space and meeting some new soul family while guiding you on a gentle path home to a more authentic YOU.
