Kink & Draw
It’s time for another Kink&Draw Live Action Figure Drawing gathering at the Well in West Asheville!
Spring has sprung, and it's time to sketch again.
Lineup TBA, and if you're interested in modeling or volunteering for the event, comment below or DM @coachkink
* * *
**About the event**:
Munches and play parties are great, but what about making art together?
Never sketched a thing? Perfect! Everyone's welcome and we'll have a brief 101 primer to gestural figure drawing at the beginning of the event. There is no right way to draw.
No materials? We gotcha, and will provide crayons, charcoal, pastels, graphite and large format newsprint so you can have space to express what you see.
Our featured D/s models collaborate to create a dynamic BD/sM scene for you to observe & sketch. Feel free to gift them one of your works. Tips are always appreciated and go directly to them; standing still for minutes on end is hard work :)
**Program**:
We'll start with a 1 minute sketch -- literally broad strokes -- to get a sense of shapes and planes, then move on to 3 and 5 minute sessions to develop shading and detail, ending up with a 10 minute finale to put it all together. Once that's complete, everyone is welcome to share comments about their experience and then lay their work out (or not) and we can mingle and appreciate the results together.
**Deets**:
Doors open 6:30pm
Warm-up and Drawing 101 primer 6:45pm
Container closed at 6:55 sharp - no entry afterward
Sketching sessions begin 7:00 and will go an extra 30 mins this time (thanks for the requests)
Wrap-up and closing circle 8:30
Mixer/Munch with artwork voluntarily on display (no pressure) 8:45
End of event 9:30pm
We celebrate diversity in all its forms, including different identities, orientations, and abilities. This vetted event is alcohol/substance-free and intended to foster a safer, consensual, affirming container for all attendees.
No photography or videography will be allowed.
There is the potential for nudity and erotic activity, though it will be specifically limited to consensual interaction exclusively between the models. Any illicit, non-consensual or predatory behavior will not be tolerated.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals (container closed promptly at 6:55pm).
This is a private event, and by attending, you consent to these policies.
Parking is plentiful, there is a all-gender bathroom on premises and access is available for people with disabilities.
Come perv with a purpose and make ART!
**Please note**:
This is a limited capacity, vetted event - advance tickets only, meaning none sold at the door: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1341065967409?aff=oddtdtcreator
See you there,

Sonic Immersion w/Wolfgang Ettenreich
Sonic Immersion with Wolfgang Ettenreich
Link: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/TU99WJ9TQQVBL (to register)
Website: https://theluminousnow.com/all-events/
Cost: sliding scale $20-$35
Date/Time: Friday March 21, 7:00-9:00 pm
Through the vibrations of the ancient didgeridoo, various other instruments and the sounds of light language, you’ll be invited to relax into a sonic landscape to help you find your own inner clarity, inspiration and wisdom for these times.
"When you regain a sense of your life as a journey of discovery,
you return to rhythm with yourself"
~ John O'Donohue ~
This Sonic Immersion is an invitation to simply be with what is in the moment, the impermanence of our experience as sounds emerge and subside. And being ok with whatever arises, just as Rumi says: “… Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all! …”
Together we will traverse a soundscape, created by the sound and vibrations of the ancient didgeridoo, crystal singing bowls, drums, vocal expression via Light Language and several other instruments. Some of which will be played close to or over your body if you do like some more intense, activating vibrations.
May this journey assist you finding your own inner clarity, inspiration and wisdom for these times.
Bring whatever makes you comfortable to lay down (or sit) for an extended period of time and allowing you to fully enjoy this journey: a mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover to name a few things.

Appalachian Healing Collective
Healing happens whether we are offering it or receiving it!
Join us for these special events in which we gather and focus our healing intentions and modalities on one or two people at a time within a group dynamic/intelligence. Whether you offer instrumental sound, reiki, laying of the hands, song, voice/mantra/affirmations, or simply presence–you are the gift of healing someone needs or even requests! And in turn, you will receive what you need from the menagerie of gifts that appear for a minimum of twenty minutes.
As healers, many of us loveLoveLOVE to offer our gifts. Oftentimes, we don’t get or think to receive in turn. This is a profound opportunity to do both, while sinking/synching into sound, community, presence, and the ultimate unraveling of the Unknown!
We have instruments that you are welcome to play such as crystal bowls, drums, handpans, rainsticks, etc. We end with fellowship over food. We ask that you bring food to share if you’re inspired and it’s easy.
No previous healer/musical experience necessary.
Facilitated by Randi Janelle of Liminal Yoga and EarthHeart Healing and Wolfgang Ettenreich of The Luminous Now and Sound Voyagers.
Cheers,
Wolfgang & Randi

Self-Care Sound Healing Session w/ Whitley
Hello, I’m Whitley D. English, the founder of WNC GEMS (Generating Empowerment through Mindful Solutions). As a community health worker specializing in violence prevention, and a holistic wellness facilitator, my journey has been deeply shaped by my own experiences.
WNC GEMS was born out of my personal near-death experience with intimate partner violence. As a survivor, I have become a passionate advocate for others, tirelessly working to support our community in creating a better quality of life for all.
In these sound healing sessions, I invite you to take a moment for yourself, to reset and restore. I will guide you through a peaceful meditation using frosted crystal quartz bowls, allowing their soothing vibrations to support your well-being. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your experience with high-vibe essential oils and select an oracle card to further support your personal journey.
I offer these sessions with a suggested $25 donation, which can be made through Cash App, PayPal, or cash. However, please know that no one will be turned away due to financial constraints. My intention is for everyone to be able to relax, reset, and honor themselves. Come as you are, and allow yourself to reconnect, recharge, and nurture your nervous system. You deserve it.

Shamanic Journey Circle w/ Randi Janelle
Exploring our consciousness and fostering relationships with our guides in the lower world, upper world, and middle worlds. Traveling in the tradition of Core Shamanism via sound. The live drum beat encourages the theta brain wave state--the liminal state of consciousness. Theta brain waves often occur when we're going to sleep or waking up, dreaming, and when we're meditating or deeply relaxed. This brain state is a gateway to dimensions of consciousness where we can meet and receive guidance from our power animals and teachers, where we can experience healing and discover more of our truth. Sharing and/or listening to another person's experience in the circle provides grounding, integration and grows our incredible, supportive community!
Feel free to bring a hand drum and learn to drum while journeying if you haven't already!
Snacks are provided for grounding and fellowship afterwards.
We journey to a diversity of themes and advancing practices. To see what's up for the next one, check out our Events Calendar.
No previous experience of shamanic journeying necessary.

Presentation & Book Signing by Ike Baker
Author Ike Baker will give a presentation and book signing for his new book, Aetheric Magic.
Free.
About the book:
The Clearest and Most Detailed Guide to Ætheric Magic and How to Use It
The æther, the energetic realm at the heart of esoteric traditions and vital to nearly every type of magic, has long been veiled in obscure language and mystery. Now, Baker demystifies the æther and teaches you how to use it in your practice.
Step by step, Baker walks you through the history, theory, and practice of ætheric magic, leaving no question or topic unexplored. This comprehensive book presents not only historical evidence of this energy, but also fifty practical exercises—ritual, breath work, visualization, and more—that teach you how to sense it and direct it toward magical goals. Uniting Western ceremonial traditions with Eastern energy healing practices, Ætheric Magic helps you achieve material, spiritual, mental, and physical transformation in ways previously unimagined.
About the author:

Light Language Playshop
Light language playshop will begin with an interactive vocal improvisation and transition into a relaxing sound healing accompanied by reiki energy healing. We will explore and activate the voice as a powerful healing modality. If you are feeling called to use your voice in a deeper and more expanded way, this space is for you. We all have these innate gifts that have been suppressed. This playshop lets you explore and re-activate those gifts in a playful and judgement-free container. The sound and reiki portion are to help integrate the vocal improv, allowing the body to rest and cultivate a deep sense of ease for your innate healing to take place.
Lauren will be channeling light language, energy healing and sound meditation throughout the journey. We strive to create a safe container for authentic expression and deep healing.

Community Drum Class w/ Larry McDowell
We are so excited to be able to host this weekly event. Larry came to one of our community drum circles and led us all in some rhythms. He's a phenomenal percussionist and teacher, and he has generously offered to teach a weekly class to the community by donation.
Bring a drum or he will have extras available to use.
We look forward to seeing you!

Community Kirtan and Song Circle
Join Us for a Community Kirtan and Song Circle!
Experience the joy and connection of kirtan, a heart-centered gathering where we come together to sing devotional chants in a call-and-response format. Rooted in ancient traditions, kirtan uses the power of music and mantra to quiet the mind, uplift the spirit, and create a sense of unity.
Accompanied by instruments like the harmonium, drums, and guitar, we’ll share an evening of soulful melodies and shared energy. Open to everyone, regardless of musical experience or spiritual background, this event offers a welcoming space to connect, reflect, and let the power of sound open your heart. Come as you are—leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Bring a song or mantra to share!
