Self-Care Sound Healing Group Session w/ Whitley
Hello, I’m Whitley D. English, the founder of WNC GEMS (Generating Empowerment through Mindful Solutions). As a community health worker specializing in violence prevention, and a holistic wellness facilitator, my journey has been deeply shaped by my own experiences.
WNC GEMS was born out of my personal near-death experience with intimate partner violence. As a survivor, I have become a passionate advocate for others, tirelessly working to support our community in creating a better quality of life for all.
In these sound healing sessions, I invite you to take a moment for yourself, to reset and restore. I will guide you through a peaceful meditation using frosted crystal quartz bowls, allowing their soothing vibrations to support your well-being. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your experience with high-vibe essential oils and select an oracle card to further support your personal journey.
I offer these sessions with a suggested $25 donation, which can be made through Cash App, PayPal, or cash. However, please know that no one will be turned away due to financial constraints. My intention is for everyone to be able to relax, reset, and honor themselves. Come as you are, and allow yourself to reconnect, recharge, and nurture your nervous system. You deserve it.

Hello, I’m Whitley D. English, the founder of WNC GEMS (Generating Empowerment through Mindful Solutions). As a community health worker specializing in violence prevention, and a holistic wellness facilitator, my journey has been deeply shaped by my own experiences.

My intention is for everyone to be able to relax, reset, and honor themselves. Come as you are, and allow yourself to reconnect, recharge, and nurture your nervous system. You deserve it.

Magdalene Rose Circle of Sacred Connection
Step into an inviting sacred space of alchemical co‑creation to unlock your intentions for unity, empowerment, love, and grace‑filled transformation—through the living presence of Mary Magdalene.
The Divine Feminine is rising through each of us and through the planetary collective. Within every being, the inner feminine and masculine long to return to harmony, balance, and joy. As a spiritual mentor for our evolving times, Mary Magdalene embodies sovereignty, love, truth, faith, and surrender—luminous attributes of spiritual mastery. Together, we will invoke her presence (and the angelic realms) in a circle of sacred connection to honor the return of the Sacred Mother to Earth.
Guided by Modern Alchemy™ and neuroscience based nervous‑system care, we’ll tend the tender places—grief, overwhelm, and fatigue—while fortifying the inner temple. Expect meditation, breath and sound, Frequency Flows™, and gentle ritual for visceral clearing, alignment, and activation. As a Myrrhophore, Adora will offer anointing and initiation with rare, ancient aromatics, inviting a deeper felt sense of blessing and devotion.
This is a monthly in‑person gathering at The Well Asheville. Come as you are; leave resourced, centered, and held in community. All are welcome.
You’ll Receive - A guided Magdalene‑Rose attunement for emotional soothing
- A simple ANR™ nervous‑system sequence for at‑home care
- Myrrhophore anointing with rare and ancient aromatics
- High Frequency meditation and Mary blessing for peace and protection
Come nourish yourself, fill your cup from the sacred well of the feminine Creatrix.

Appalachian Healing Collective
Healing happens whether we are offering it or receiving it!
Join us for these special events in which we gather and focus our healing intentions and modalities on one or two people at a time within a group dynamic/intelligence. Whether you offer instrumental sound, reiki, laying of the hands, song, voice/mantra/affirmations, or simply presence–you are the gift of healing someone needs or even requests! And in turn, you will receive what you need from the menagerie of gifts that appear for a minimum of twenty minutes.
As healers, many of us loveLoveLOVE to offer our gifts. Oftentimes, we don’t get or think to receive in turn. This is a profound opportunity to do both, while sinking/synching into sound, community, presence, and the ultimate unraveling of the Unknown!
We have instruments that you are welcome to play such as crystal bowls, drums, handpans, rainsticks, etc. We end with fellowship over food. We ask that you bring food to share if you’re inspired and it’s easy.
No previous healer/musical experience necessary.
We ask for a sliding scale donation of $30-$60.
Facilitated by Randi Janelle of Liminal Yoga and EarthHeart Healing and Wolfgang Ettenreich of The Luminous Now and Sound Voyagers.
Cheers,
Wolfgang & Randi
