DESCRIPTION:
It's not your fault your resolution didn't work- it was doomed to fail! Let's build new habits that last and actually feel easy
We all know WHAT we want to do in the New Year- exercise, eat healthier, reduce screen time. If we have such good intentions and really want to make the change, then why doesn't it work?
It's not you . You don't have to feel guilty or be hard on yourself. No one teaches us HOW to changes our habits.
That's right, it's not the what, it's the HOW. Making long term changes can be not only attainable but easy and sustainable!
If you want to: Start running every week, reading every day, eating less fast food, lose weight, get off your phone in the evenings, pick up the old hobby or sport again, whatever your unique goal is, we will approach it the same way...
We will utilize BOTH:
-ancient wisdom from yoga and ayurveda on the mind
-modern behavioral psychology (science!) on how to change our habits
Whenever I work with private yoga and health coaching clients this is the MANDATORY starting point for our work together. They have to know how to build new habits before I will teach them any of the actual nitty gritty of what needs to change.
This is THE MOST important stuff I teach!! I'm not joking. Don't sleep on this.
This is the missing piece between the life you want to lead and where you are now. This is the knowledge and skill set you don't yet have that will uplevel every part of your life. Because once you know how to build habits, you can replicate it over and over and over again. And that's how you reach your goals.
