This 1 day Women's wellness mini retreat was designed for up to 12 ladies. Mothers, working women, and women wanting to connect with other women are all encouraged to join for this holistic healing retreat.

At the Well, a sweet little metaphysical shop and workshop space located in West Asheville, across from the Ingles parking lot.

9-9:30am - intro/ ice breakers/ intentions/ overview/ sign in sheet / time slot for massage
9:30-10:30am - meditation /yoga
10:30am -massages start
Mix mingle/card readings
12-1am - sound healing
1-2 am- Journaling/poetry writing
Group shares/partner work
Closing
Group picture
2-3pm - Potentially open for retreat massages

Parking
There are potentially a few spots open on the side of the building near Traveler Tattoo
There is a church parking lot near by, (says paid parking, don't know if it's enforced).
Some Street parking along haywood rd.
Ingles said it was ok for women involved to park in the back of their lot as well that day for the event.

Payment
Ticket $133
Deposit: non-refundable - $50 to hold space on retreat
This $50 Deposit is due by or before 10/16 by paypal or venmo
remaining $83 due by date of the event - by paypal or cash.
Refunds are not supplied for retreat services already rendered.

We would like to take some pictures and potentially some video during the retreat for promotional, marketing, social media purposes. If a participant has any issues with this please email - Lotus Light directly at the contact info below.

Please do one's best to speak with integrity, without cursing or demeaning self or others, using clean language, women positive language, and refraining from curse words while in the space during the retreat.

or illicit drugs during the retreat times

If these terms are not followed through with at the event, a participant may be asked to leave without refund.
